Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Canadian nationally observed holidays.

Local delivery is provided by a local courier service. Please note items are left at the door when the residence is unavailable to receive the shipment. Items are shipped Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.
Will I be charged sales taxes ?
Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address of your order. Sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges where required. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the tax you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.

Something you ordered not quite right? Please follow the return instructions listed on the card supplied with your package and return the items to us within 14 days with original receipt and tags attached. You will receive a store credit for the full value of the returned item, less ship costs, to use on future purchases with us. The best thing is your credit never expires and we are always adding new and exciting things to our shop.
