Métis art dolls by Lisa Mesher. These adorable dolls are hand stitched and made of 100% pure wool and rabbit fur. These dolls were inspired by Lisa's maternal grandmother, Gladys Mesher, the Labrador seamstress so well know for her Grenfell type coats and slippers.

("Métis" means an Aboriginal person of Labrador who has lived in Labrador prior to 1940 and their descendants who are recognized by the Association as an Aboriginal person of Labrador.)
